Zenitsu Agatsuma

Zenitsu crushing on Nezuko. Upon seeing her for the first time, Zenitsu falls in love with Nezuko at first sight. She apparently views Zenitsu as a "weird dandelion" and did not initially seem to reciprocate his feelings.

All that contrasts with her "smol" form, which shrinks for purposes of defense and protection, not offense. Why is Nezuko so childish? ›

She is a rare demon who had the protection of someone else, so could instead sleep to regain her energy and focus on changing her biology. Only Nezuko can afford to trade her sense of self away and to become so childlike, clueless, and defenseless because she had Tanjiro to constantly take care of her.

It's shown that Nezuko's blood has blue elements to it, and since the Blue Spider Lily has the power to cure Muzan of his weakness to sunlight, the anime could be hinting that Nezuko's immunity comes from the Blue Spider Lily.

Nezuko spends almost the entire arc sleeping to recover her strength after she used her Blood Demon Art for the first time against Rui on Mount Natagumo. Zenitsu tells her about their breathing holding training and then promises her to take her at night where the flower he's holding was blooming.

As shown in her recollection, Muzan was shown to have attacked the Kamado family purely out of a whim, with him later injecting Nezuko with a gigantic amount of his blood only to see if she could survive or not, when she had seemingly died, Muzan was shown to have been initially disappointed and wondered if he could ...

As seen in Demon Slayer's first season, Nezuko Kamado only has one line of dialogue in the entire season after her demonization. Furthermore, this line is internally thought and not outwardly spoken.

10 "Nezuko-Chan!!" — Zenitsu Agatsuma

Nezuko is a beautifully constructed human-turned-demon, so it makes sense for one of Tanjiro's friends to be in love with her. Zenitsu's reactions in Demon Slayer, like always saying "Nezuko-chan!" when feeling extra compassionate towards her, were initially absolutely hilarious.
